IMPORTANT
NEW Access Route to the Canelo Project.
NEW Access Route to the Canelo Project.
Access is now via a NEW, unmarked Forest Service road (not yet on Google or Apple maps).
Do Not Use Canelo Project or 111 Membrillo Lane to navigate on GPS.
Access through Membrillo Lane is now closed and private property.
Instead use Hwy 83 turn-off pin:
Notable landmarks on Hwy 83 before turn-off:
- After Mile Marker 15, continue through a couple of sharp turns.
- Turn left immediately after the second curve onto the unmarked gravel road.
Once on the gravel road:
- Cross a green cattle guard
- Follow the road for 1 mile, driving slowly and cautiously (unpaved with sharp curves.)
- Cross a second green cattle guard
- Continue for .5 miles past the creek and over the hill into our property.
