All meals are included in the price of the workshop. Meals are primarily Vegetarian and home cooked.  We may on occasion sell extra beverages.  The nearest stores are a half hour away so bring any snacks you may need.

Lunches will be provided both days and are included in workshop price. Participants are responsible for preparing their own Breakfast and Dinners.
We have a small outdoor kitchen, but participants are encouraged to bring their own camping/cooking supplies.
For those that are staying in the guesthouse, it also has a fully-equipped kitchen.

Covid Information

We request participants do not attend workshops in the event that they develop any symptoms and feel ill.
Our workshops are hosted in our home at Canelo, so we all tend to be fairly relaxed when it comes to both social-distancing and masks. Our main house remains open to everyone. Meals will be served indoors mostly, but with lunches typically outside, weather permitting.
Although most classes will be held outside, our workshops are hands-on, with people working in close proximity to one another. There will also be parts of our workshops where we are indoors to teach theory.
